From a continuous series of dynamic UX workshops to a vibrant and powerful cross-country network of UX Leaders

 

Development Approach

  • A continuous series of UX workshops focusing on relevant and significant UX topics and the ongoing work on the real-life cases of the participating UX Leaders

  • The respective workshop topics are dynamically chosen from a UX topic backlog / virtual curriculum (see slides 10 - 12), which is supposed to be comprehensive but will be adjusted anytime according to new insights / developments

  • The topic selection for a specific workshop is based on the knowledge interests and needs of the participants and continuous feedback from the resonance space of the EUXL network

  • Particularly of interest for the topic selection are questions or problem patterns which arise from the real-life cases of the participating UX Leaders

  • Each workshop will cover some of the most urgent and interesting topics prepared and thought through based on practical cases by experienced UX Experts and UX Thought Leaders

  • Primarily every workshop will focus on the continuous work on the real-life cases of the participating UX Leaders in small and dynamic working groups

 

EUXL Network Principles

  • The EUXL network aims to grow continuously to generate, discover and spread knowledge and increase the UX impact throughout the economy; the bigger and more vivid the network becomes the better for its mission and goals

  • The EUXL workshops topics and, more generally spoken, knowledge exchange formats are driven by the network of UX Leaders, their interests, needs and ambitions

  • The EUXL network aims to be an open, collaborative and dynamic association of UX Leaders which empower each other to grow and be more successful in their profession

  • The EUXL network intends to collaborate with other UX organizations for mutual knowledge exchange and increase of reach

  • The EUXL network strives for cooperations to establish UX hubs in the relevant European countries
